Radius : 21/2= 10.5cm

Surface area = 4 × 22/7 ×10.5× 10.5 = 1385.44cm

diameter = 21
radius = 21/2
area of sphere = 4 pi r^2
4× 22/7 × 21/2 × 21/2
= 1386 cm square.
