welcome to the concept of error analysis.....

first find true value

if A1,A2 ......An is the reading of an experiment then true value of quantity given by Arithmetic mean

in question

true value

 =  \frac{3.71 + 3.70 + 3.67}{3}

 = 3.69

now absolute error in in the different measurements are:

absolute error

= true value - measured value

then ,

G1 = 3.69 - 3.71 = - 0.02 cm

G 2 = 3.69 - 3.70 = -0.01 cm

G3 = 3.69 - 3.67 = 0.02 cm

the finalab solute error = Arithmetic mean of absolute errors

then ,

average absolute error

 =  \frac{0.02 + 0.01 + 0.02}{3}

\: 0.016 cm

percentage error

= (final absolute error/ true value )× 100

 =  \frac{0.016}{3.69}   \times 100

= (0.016/3.69)× 100

= 0.43%

I hope it helps you ❤️
