Diary entry in Hindi is same as English.....
you can start from......
मेरी पि्य दोस्त.....
OR
मेरी पि्य डायरी
After this you can write time ....
Just write your diary as you are talking to someone.... Like a friend....
Write..... your whole day...
And if you have learnt something in a day..... like a thought you can write it also..
Write good things in your diary....
