Dear Diary,
Today I went to an amusement park with my dad! He wanted to go on the big scary roller coaster, and obviously, I didn't want to go. But he forced me to go, so I mustered up the courage I had in me and rode it. When we were at the top, I thought I was going to actually die! I closed my eyes as the cart went down, but surprisingly, I enjoyed it! I even put my hands up for the thrill. I ended up loving roller coasters after that. The experience helped me overcome my fear of heights, and it even taught me how to be brave.
