Dear Diary:

I am felling over the moon for having been selected as the chief MC for the coming school Annual Day. it is because of my communication skills. I have won many debates and declamation contests for the school. So the school has given me one more responsibility.  I will have to prepare a lot. I have to stay focused. Undoubtedly it is a great achievement but I have to honour my teachers’ trust in me. The first thing I have to do is, in the excitement of participating in the programme,  I don’t have forget to prepare for my role. I have to get a great anchoring script. I have to rehearse my script time and time again. I also have to make my co-anchors practice with me. I will follow the principle of ‘Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance’. The more I practice, the better my performance will be. I am thankful to God for having given me this new opportunity.

Dear diary,
Today was the best day of my life at school cuz i got the lead role for the play " ROMEO AND JULIET " . There were about 33 boys who auditioned for the role of Romeo but i was ever grateful that i got this in my pocket . The script were handed to us and i nailed it as i had been in many plays before . Well there was a surprise too for me cuz my crush Emma was also there for Juliet's audition . When she came out after the audition she was not so happy but i stood by her and asked her to have faith . After a couple of hours she took my hand and led me to the café area . There I went for a cup of coffee for her and she was lost in thoughts . On the way back i thought how much pressure there was on her as she auditioned with more than 50 girls . Finally the day came and we started looking for our names . I was really happy cuz my name was after Romeo's but Juliet's name was blank on the computer screen . She got depressed and sat down her locker . I sat next to her and told her that you deserve the role . After 34 mins she stood up and told me that i should go for the practice but i told her to take a last glance at the screen and she jumped with joy . There is was her name next to Juliet's and that was the best moment for me cuz My real Juliet was Romeo's Juliet . I was happy cuz she was the one chosen for the role cuz i loved her .
