Today I woke up early in the morning because of a deafening noise. Afterwards, I realized that the trees nearby were being cut down. I was so shocked because I considered them as my friends. Then, after sometime I went down and asked the people the reason for cutting the trees. They told that a new road is going to be constructed. I felt happy as a new road is yet to come as well as sad as the trees were cut down. It was both a happy and sad day.
