Dear Diary
Do you remember me telling you a month back that we booked our golden colored long Hyundai car? We took delivery of the car today evening and took it for a Puja to the nearby Ganesha temple. My dad drove the car and my mother sat in the front with him. My sister and I sat in the behind seat. Both of us were quite excited as it is our first car.
After the Puja, we went for a joy drive. All of us enjoyed the drive and it was also nice that all of us could be together. Usually, Dad comes home late from work and we hardly have any family time. We drove on the stadium track and in the nearby areas. Finally, we had dinner at our favorite restaurant and came back home. My father has promised to teach me driving after two years when I complete 18 years of age.

Dear Diary:
Today is one of the happiest days of my life. My family’s long cherished desire to own a car has been fulfilled! Today we went to Suzuki showroom and bought a pearl white Ciaz VXI+. It is sedan car with latest features. It is petrol car with 1373 cc engine, front and rear power windows, parking sensors, etc. From the showroom we went to Iscon Temple to thank God and to seek blessings for safe drive. The family was facing lots of inconvenience without the car. We could not travel together. Besides, travelling in public transport was tiring, and inconvenient. Now our wishes to go to mountains frequently will be fulfilled. We will have so much fun travelling together. I will also get chance to hone my driving skills. I will look after it with all my heart. I thank God for having given us the means to own a car.
