Difference between Mesophyll and Bundle Sheath Cells & Chloroplasts. Mesophyll cells are thin walled and gas permeable cells. Bundle sheath cells are comparatively thick-walled and gas impermeable cells. Vacuoles in the mesophyll cells are comparatively larger.

mesophyll cells includes palisade and spongy parenchyma which has smaller chloroplast(centrifugal) and ae grana.
bundle sheath cell surrounds vascular tissue and has large chloroplast ( centripetal) and are agranal.
