yes or no because many people laugh more to hide her problems and many people laugh when they were very happy and enjoy there life very well.

Yep, people do, either because they are tormented by the very thought of people making fun of them on knowing what they are going through, or because they just simply don't wanna make the other person sad with their morbid face. Or may be they just play everything cool because they know that the other person may be of no assistance to them even if they tell them about their problem or lastly, because the person has some problems and he is too narcissistic to admit his ignorance and learn or seek the advice of other, so is better off at walking away with a fake hysterical laughter.
But hey, there are other people who don't fake a smile, never to anyone's interest or none.
