Did corzine act appropriately? How would you characterize his behavior legally, ethically, and managerially? What other choices did he have?

Explanation:

Corzina's behavior can not be defended ethically/legally or managerial. But it is a natural instinct that a person gets confused at times and responds in a way that he usually wouldn't do under normal circumstances.

According to me, same thing happened to Corzina when he was being accused of the loss or damage. He was being questioned and he responded furiously.

Although he could have kept calm and responded in a better legal way after getting advice from his legal consultant.
