yes global warming started with the industrial revolution because with the advent of new technology carbon dioxide started to be produced in a large quantities so it cause greenhouse effect but when the carbon dioxide became very high and the greenhouse effect also became very high in the atmosphere then global warming started which resulted in the melting of polar ice caps increasing temperature every year and the submerging of coastal areas
