Did Pluto complete a full orbit before it was not counted as a planet??

No...pluto didnt complete an orbit...i think

yes.every celestial object would ramain in its position and move in its orbit or motion till any other external body stops it from continuing in its orbit .Also it took a long time to accept that pluto is not a planet.So it would have completed its orbit.
