Yes, Sher singh faced many dangers while taking his brother to the hospital. It was a pitch dark night but thankfully sher singh's eyesight was good, when he stopped by at the lake to rest and drink some water, there were many elephants which came to drink water too but there was an elephant, probably the king of elephants, who was haunting sher singh, he had to bow before it to get rid of the elephant while experiencing immense pain in his back. Then, there were two flooding rivers which he had to cross, while crossing, he could not feel anything, he was just determined to cross the river and kept his brother at the surface so that he wouldn't get a cold. At last his bravery saved his little brother from dying.
