STARS do not twinkle, we see them twinkling because in our environment cold air is present and cold air is not constant due to this we see twinkling of stars. PLANET do not produce it's own light they receive light from stars and they do not twinkle because light which they receive they reflect some ray of light.18-Dec-2018
