Hey user,
Nutritional needs for Adolescents:-

Poor nutrition in adolescence can have adverse health consequences in adulthood. Therefore a balanced and healthy diet in adolescence promotes proper growth and maturity.
Calcium and Iron are both needed for growth.Vitamin D which is needed to enable the body to absorb calcium is often deficient if the diet contains no milk.
the body also requires Vitamin C that can be deficient if sufficient fresh vegetables are not eaten.
Extra amount of Iron is necessary for adolescent girls.
hope it helps:)
mark me as brainliest if it does.
