It is also known as the gastrointestinal tract and extends from mouth to anus.Alimentary canalincludes,pharynx,oesophagus,stomach,small intestine,largeintestine,rectum,anus. Whereas theDigestive system of man includes thealimentary canal and the digestiveglands.

Alimentary Canal is a part of digestive system..
Alimentary canal is a tube starting from mouth , running upto anus.
While Digestive system is combination of Alimentary canal and Digestive Glands.
