According to newton's first and second laws of motion.
The first law describes the force which can make a body in motion or resist the motion.
The second law gives the definition of force or defines the force as rate of change of linear momentum is directly propotional to force.
By this law the important relation derrived is
F = m × a
It states that the force applied is the vector product of mass and linear acceleration.
It can now be concluded that newton's second law of motion is the fundamental law. 1st and 3rd law of motion can be derrived from the second law.
