In disguised unemployment a person can be removed from the job anytime as it may not disturb the working as more people then required are working there so in this people have a fear to lose the job anytime which will make him unemployed.
Whereas in seasonal unemployment a person is opted only for a particular season and then removed from his/her job, which make the person unemployed. In both the cases a person wants to do a job but he/she is not getting it
