difference b/w mrs pearson and mrs fitzgerald how do they complement each other

mrs pearson was silent,timid,submessive and liked to serve her family and took orders from them like a servant.she was nervous and not confident about herself.she  also had a thin voice whereas mrs fitzgerald was dominatig,confident,strong lady.
