are pottasium or sodium salts of long chain caboxylic acidare useless in hard watergenerally do not work with wollen clothest are bio degradable
Detergents..
are ammonium or sulphonate salts of long chain carboxylic acidare effective in hard waterwork well with woolen clothesonly the detergents with linear hydrocarbon chain are biodegradable
