verbal itself means something which contains words or letters or sentences
so it is a communication which involves voice or volume etc. In other words it is a communication in which speaking is involved.Whereas non verbal communication is the quite opposite that is it is a type of communication in which words or sentences or voice are not involves. as a summary it includes only gestures or facial expressions
