electric heater is used in winters to provide heat while bulb is used in all seasons to provide light , it also produces heat but its main purpose is to provide light
The heater element is thicker wire, and has lower resistance. It still has enough resistance to glow red hot (producing heat) but does not glow white-hot and very brightly like a light bulb filament. Also, it lasts almost indeifnitely. whereas the light bulb filament has a finite life - it will "burn out" sooner or later.

Different between bulb and electrical heater are that bulb is a machine which glow with the help of electric . and the heater is that machine which make us worm and it is also used by electric .
