1.dry seeds are the seeds which are not moist
2.dry seeds are seeds which did not come in contact with water
SOAKED SEED SEED
1.soaked seed are those which absorve the water by the process of osmosis and they become swollen
2.soaked seeds are seeds which have soaked water by osmosis

Dry seeds are the seed's which are moist.ie. they don't come in contact with water whereas soaked seed's are those which absorb the water by the process of osmosis!!
