Asexual reproduction involves only one parent while sexual process requires two parents.

Asexual reproduction is time efficient and less energy consuming than sexual reproduction

Asexual reproduction leads to production of carbon copies of parents while sexual reproduction brings about variations.

Asexual reproduction does not contribute to evolution while sexual process does. 

In asexual process either the whole organism or some part may be involved while only gametes are involved in sexual reproduction

Example of asexual reproduction: Budding, fragmentation. Sexual reproduction: Syngamy, conjugation

Sexual reproduction - mixing of genetic material, two parents involve, usually fewer offspring
Asexual reproduction - no mixing of genetic material, one parent is involved,, usually more offsprings.
