  • It lasts for a short period of time.
  • It does not cause major effects on general health.
  • After some days, the patient gets recovered .
  • They don't cause drastic effects on our health.
  • Examples - Common cold, Cough etc.

✿ CHRONIC DISEASES :

  • It lasts for a longer duration .
  • The person or the patient is likely to have prolonged poor health .
  • The recovery may occur or may not.
  • They causes drastic effects on our health.
  • Examples - Tuberculosis, Diabetes etc.
