administrative adjudication-  it is process by which an administrative agency issues an affirmative,negative or declaratory order.the formal proceeding before an administrative agency adopt the process of rule making or adjudication.

judicial process- it is a set of interrelated procedures and roles for deciding disputes by and authoritative person whose decisions are regularly obeyed.
