Administrative law are made to run law & order , developmental works and it varies from place to place as per the situation , community and problems . Constitutional laws are the directives/ principles/ guidelines to state and centre to abide by the laws enshrined within the constitution . If the administrative laws violate the constitution law it can be challenged in the court.
