1 .aerobic restoration take place in the presence of oxygen ..where anaerobic takes place in the absence of oxygen..
2...in aerobic each glucose produces 38 atp molicules...where in anaerobic each glucose produces 2 atp molecules
3...aerobic respiration begins in cytoplasm and continue to the mitochondria..where anaerobic respiration occurs only in cytoplasm..

Aerobic respiration occurs in presence of oxygen, releases CO2 and H2O, High amount of energy is released, occurs in all higher organisms, metabolic water is produced,it occurs in cytoplasm and mitochondria in all eukaryotes except prokaryotes, Glucose completely oxidised in 3 steps. C6H12O6 + 6O2 gives rise to 6CO2+6H2O+686K.CAL ..... where as in anerobic respiration it is occurs in the absence of oxygen, releases CO2,lactic acid or ethanol (C2H5OH), very little amount of energy is released, Occurs in some bacteria and in deeper muscles, metabolic water is not produced,it occurs only in cytoplasm in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes, glucose incompletely oxidised in 2 steps. C6H12O6 gives rise to in the presence of enzymes 2C2H5OH+2CO2+ENERGY.....
