fungi grow as a chain is called fungal haygea . Both algea and fungi are thallus . The main difference in algea and fungi is that algea is autrotrophs containing photosynthesis or chlorophyll where as fungi is hetrotrophs , obtain orgainic material from the sources in the external environment .
