Magnetic declination is the angle between the Magnetic North and True North. Magnetic Dip however is the angle between magnetic field lines and the horizontal plane at a particular location on the planet.

Magnetic dip, dip angle, or magnetic inclination is the angle made with the horizontal by the Earth's magnetic field lines. This angle varies at different points on the Earth's surface.

Also called: angle of dip, magnetic dip, inclination the angle between the direction of the earth's magnetic field and the plane of the horizon; the angle that a magnetic needle free to swing in a vertical plane makes with the horizontal.
