1.Apomixis-formation of seed leading to formation of embryo avoiding processes of fertilization and meiosis
Ex:-commonly in rice,grasses and sps of Asteraceae

2.Polyembryony-single fertilised ovum giving rise to more than one embryo(or)single egg produces two or more genetically identical offspring.
Ex:-Citrus species.
