Arteries::::

♥ These are very thick walled

♥ Arteries do not have valves

♥ They carry oxygenated blood but except for the pulmonary artery

♥ These are reddish in colour and contains a small lumen

♥ Arteries moves away from the heart and end in capilleries

Veins:::::

♥ They are very thin walled

♥ Veins contains valves

♥ They carry deoxygenated blood expect tp the pulmonary vein

♥ They are bluish in colour and have a large lumen

♥ Veins move towards the heart and start in blood capilleries
