Difference between article and law?

Law is that which is made by parliament members and applied for welfare of whole country or states but article is written in our constitution and applied for individuals only.

From my side I think so and what's other opinion I don't know.

a law is being formed by passing an order in the parliament which we call a as a BILL.....a law can only be formed when the parliament and president approves it .....for example the bill for GST............
ARCTILE is a printed order ar anything like it in the indian constitution that provides citizens their fundamental rights and controls the jurisdiction or powers of government and political parties.....but I m not 100%confirm in ARCTILE..........
