With copy you have to find whatever you want to copy , select exactly what part you copying, and then use the copy function ( from a click menu and from a option in the menu bar) or use Ctrl+C. Then you find the place where you want to insert the copied items , and then use the paste function ( from a menu and using Ctrl+V).

Auto fill examines what you are typing, normally in a box in a form, and offers you one and more suggestions as to what the complete field Will be. You can select the suggestion, simply carrying or typing if the suggestion are wrong. The suggestion are based on what you have typed in the box or a similar box previously.
