●Bhangar soil:- It is the older alluvial soil. Large parts of the northern plains are formed of the bhangar soil. The soil presents a terrace like feature . It is not fertile as the khadar soil.
● khadar soil:- It is new and younger deposits of the alluvium soil on the flood plains . The soil is renewed every year and thus is comapritively more fertile than the bhangar soil.

It contains old alluvial soil. it has more concentration of kanker nodules. it has coarse particles and is less fertile.
KHADAR:
It contains new alluvial soil. I has lesser concentration of kanker nodules. It has fine particles and is very fertile.
