BHANGAR SOIL IS FORMED OF OLDER ALLUVIUM, WHILE THE KHADAR SOIL IS FORMED OF YOUNGER DEPOSITION OF ALLUVIUM. THE KHADAR SOIL HAS KANKAR.WHICH IS ABSENT IN KHADAR SOIL

Difference between BHANGAR and KHADAR.

BHANGAR

1. It is an old alluvium.

2. It is less fertile.

3. It contains kankar nodules with calcium carbonate.

KHADAR

1. It is a new alluvium.

2. It is very fertile.

3. It does not contain kankar nodules.
