B&G(Bharat Scouts and guides) it is commonly referred as because S&G was started by British. Its more for the age group of 11-17 years. NCC is whereas more affiliated to indian army. As per the facts go, NCC was formed with a motive to prepare the youth for any emergency situation like war or any calamity.
