Acceleration is defined as the rate ofchange of velocity. When the magnitude of velocity does notchange, there is no accelerationcaused. If the body has constantvelocity, there is some accelerationbut without the change in the velocity, no acceleration can be caused no matter whatever is the object.

when the magnitude does not change no acceleration is caused but at constant velocity some acceleration is caused but without change in velocity no acceleration is caused whatever the object is coz acceleration is defined as rate of change of velocity
