biodegradable wastes are wastes which are degraded by microorganisms that is naturally and are not harmful to environment which include vegetable peels, clothes etc.
non-biodegradable waste are wastes which are harmful to environment and cannot be degraded by microorganisms that is cannot be degraded naturally and cause pollution

The main difference between biodegradable and non biodegradable is that biodegradable items decomposes or break down naturally whereas non biodegradable don't . Large volume of Non biodegradable waste takes up excess waste and are potentially damaging to the environment .
