BJT

  • This type of transistor (BJT) is an electrical device for controlling the current that can be used to enhance or switch signals.
  • Emitter, bases, and collectors are the three terminals of the device. The little energy at the base regulates the big current at the other terminals.

UJT

  • A three separate semiconductors device with just a single junction that operates as an electrically operated switch is known as a unijunction transistor.
  • A linear amp is not being used with the UJT. The device is known as a 'Unijunction' transistor since it only has one rectification junction.

FET

  • Due to their single process, FETs are also called as uni - polar transistors.
  • The field-effect transistor's concept is founded on the idea that charges on adjacent objects can attract charges within such a semiconducting material.
