Breathing can be simply stated as taking in oxygen and letting out carbon dioxide from the body.
whereas we know that we get energy from the food we eat. Food like rice and bread containing carbohydrates break down to glucose. These glucose combines with the oxygen in the cells of our body and provides energy. The special name of this reaction is respiration
