Calcium hypochlorite is an inorganic compound Ca(CIO)2 As a mixture with lime and calcium chloride, it is marketed as chlorine powder or bleach powder.Bleaching powder is not a simple mixture of calcium hypochlorite, calcium chloride, and calcium hydroxide.
