Centrosome is found only in an animal cell.It is a clear of cytoplasm close to nucleus from which spindle fibers develop during cell division. The centrosome contains two centrioles which are short bundles of microfilaments arranged at right angles to each
During cell division the chromatin fibers become thick and ribbon like. These fibers are then called Chromosomes.

hey there,
CENTROSOME:-
1. it is located near nucleus.
2. it forms microtubules.
3. present in both plant and animal cell.
4. but, centrosomes in plant cell do not have centrioles.
CHROMOSOME:-
1. they are found in cells.
2. they are structures of DNA and proteins.
3. it contains genes.
4. contains genetic information.
hope it helps..
