Chiral compound is the compound in which four different type of atom or group are attached to a carbon.

On the other hand isomers are organic molecules having the same structure formula but can exist in different form called isomers. As in attachment no.2 and 3 two different carbohydrates are drawn of which formula is same C6H12O6 but they can be chemically drawn in two different forms.

Extra Information
=> Glucose and fructose are structurally isomerism of formula C6H12O6.
=> All the chiral compound or chiral molecule show mirror image optically active.
