Chromatin is the DNA and proteins that make up chromosomes. Chromosomes are the separate 'pieces' of DNA in a cell (made up of chromatin). Sister chromatids are identical pieces of DNA held together by a centromere and pulled apart during cell division to make new identical chromosomes in the newly made cells.

Answer:

Chromatin is absolutely a DNA in the nucleus which is the uncondensed kind-of chromosomes. Both equally chromatids are still an equal.
