“Chromomere”any of the beadlike granules occurring in series along a chromonema. Chormonema is singular whereas chromonemata is plural .They are the threads constituting the chromosomes ,whereas chromomeres  are only the segments of chromosomes.

CHROMONEMATA:The spirally coiled central filament of a chromatid along which the chromomeres are aligned is called as a chromonemata.

CHROMOSOMES:a thread-like structure of nucleic acids and protein found in the nucleus of most living cells, carrying genetic information in the form of genes is called as a chromosome.

hello80: but the chromomeres.
