Seasonal hunger is a chronic, slow, persistent, insidious condition that affects generations of people in a geographic region.. and chronic hunger is being hungry for hours every day, over a significant period of time — not the kind of hunger most of us experience when we skip a meal. If a person can't afford food, can't eat, or refuses to eat for some reason, they experience chronic hunger.

in seasonal hunger : it occurs at only certain times of the years in a society . it occurs where people are already food insecure . pattern of hunger is same years after years .... in chronic hunger : occur when people lack opportunity to earn enough money to be educated to meet their basic needs . people lack the resources to buy food that they need to be healthy. it continous for long and lead to death....
