Formula for simple interest (SI)

psi \:  = p(1 +   \frac{nr}{100} )

Therefore the difference is

PSi-PCi

 = p {((1 +  \frac{r}{100} )}^{n}  - (1 +  \frac{nr}{100} ))

if you subract n= 2 and n = 3 into this formula and expand out the bracket you will get the formula
