cristae :- it is the inner memberane of mitochondria
cisternae:- a cisterna (plural cisternae) is a flattened membrane disk that makes up the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus.

Cisternae are the flattened structures making up Golgi apparatus. Cisterna is also the lumen of rough endoplasmic reticulum. Whereas cristae are the foldings of inner mitochondrial membrane enclosing mitochondrial matrix
