Climate –

The weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period.

Weather –

The state of atmosphere at particular place and time as regards heat , cloudy, sunshine , wind , rain etc.

Climate refers to the sum total of weather conditions and variations over a large area for a long period of time.
Weather refers to state of atmosphere over an area at any point of time
